What differentiates ACRS Cleaning and Restoration from other commercial cleaning service companies?

We are a group of dedicated professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in the cleaning and restoration field and we take pride in that fact. We have one mission in mind, and that is to be the leading service provider in the Southern California region and surrounding areas.

Our Management Team
Aaron Berkman
Aaron is the President and owner of ACRS and is involved in all aspects of the company’s management decisions. His vision for the future is the driving force behind all of our company decisions. Aaron is active in each function, from financial decision making to the design and execution of the marketing plan.

Graham Bedwell
Graham is the Marketing Director and Program Developer for ACRS and is currently the President Elect for the Carpet & Fabric Care Institute (CFI) and has recently been named as the new CFI representative to the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) Board of Directors. Graham has the highest certification as a Master Carpet Inspector and brings to ACRS extensive experience from the commercial maintenance development and consulting field.

Jorge Ontiveros
Jorge is the Business Manager for ACRS and has experience in both public and private sector accounting. By having served as the Chief Business Officer for a Southern California school district as well as the Accounting Manager for several firms, he brings to the table the financial knowledge needed to navigate through changing economic conditions.

John Sweet
John is our Operations Manager of SCS Services. John brings 25 years experience to our team and a highest standard of cleaning. John is ISSA and BSALI certified as well as SCS Services. John is involve in several youth sports in our community John volunteers his time as a coach for Baseball, Wrestling and Basketball he also serves as the Safety Coordinator for little league baseball in our community.

Technology
We understand that technology is important. We are applying for a patent on the ACRS Technique which can combine both hot water extraction and encapsulation methods consistent with IICRC S100 Standards. These guidelines are discussed with the customer to ensure that all product warranties remain valid.

Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC)
We recognize that there must be a central voice of leadership in any industry and have opted to follow the guidelines and regulations of the IICRC which is recognized as being that voice of the floor care industry. We voluntarily follow these guidelines in an effort to show our determination and dedication to providing only the best quality work…period. Having an IICRC Director on our management team keeps us a step ahead of competition.

Our Support Team
In addition to the outstanding team that makes up ACRS, we have contracted the services of other recognized industry leaders who lend their talents to our efforts. They are Mr. James Smith one of the leading Senior Carpet Inspectors and also an IICRC carpet and upholstery instructor, Mr. Mike West, who instructs classes for the Academy of Textile and Flooring in Whittier in Water Damage and Mold Remediation. Mr. Pat Moffitt has written many papers and book on mold, the IICRC Sewer Remediation Standards and is a recognized expert in the industry.

Cross Sector Partnering
We recognize that expertise in the water damage and expertise in commercial cleaning require different skills. This is why we have partnered with Inland Tri Tech DKI, one of the leading Water Damage and Fire Restoration companies in Southern California. Our customers are located throughout the entire Southern California area and represent a wide variety of industries.

Communication:
Every member of the ACRS team is aware of the importance of being available to our clients as much as possible because in our industry, emergencies usually tend to occur when they’re least expected. All our staff (including Technicians) are all available via cell phone and we have a 24/7 answering service that routes emergency calls to us when needed.

For business purposes, we rely extensively on modern technology to conduct our day-to-day operations. Our accounting department is fully automated allowing us to deliver invoices to our clients via email, fax, text or traditional postal service.

We offer payment terms of 2% 10 Net 30 or Net 30 days to all of our clients. For each job, we begin the documentation process with a detailed work order, a pre-inspection and checklist review of each work site and then conclude our work process by taking digital pictures, running a post inspection of the job site by a supervisor and finally, offering a list of the cleaning process and chemicals used to our clients upon request. As a final testimony to our commitment to quality, we follow all guidelines dictated by the IICRC and use only IICRC Certified Equipment and Chemicals.
